Transformation starts in the mind. If you want something you’ve never had, you must DO something you’ve never done. Every healthy choice reinforces a new identity. An identity rooted in the Father.

Father, my heart and mind are renewed! Praise GOD! I reject shame and lies and gluttony and starvation in Jesus Name! I am a child of God, created in His image. I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Thank You JESUS! Teach me Lord to walk in grace, wisdom, and consistency not for weight loss, but for YOU, to honor YOU Lord for all You have done and are doing in my life. I claim VICTORY in Jesus’s mighty Name! AMEN!
