1. Grace. Grace. Grace. His grace is sufficient. That doesn't mean contuing to make excuses, that means to lean IN to the 'works' and actually MOVE. An object at rest will stay there, just as an object in motion will stay there. 


MOTION IS LOTION. Sitting is the new SMOKING! Ugh, no thank you! 

2. 10 minutes to plan on Sunday-take control of your time. Get the family involved, delegate! 

3. DISCIPINE- if you want to make change, you have to pray for the strength to actually change. Stop trying to do it on your own, let God in and watch Him move!

4. Create a healthy morning routine. Go to bed early, stay off social media, be responsible. Waking up early, spending time in prayer and in the word will set you up for a good day, even when struggles come. Sweat, move! Let's go!
